JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- More than 100 local kids took to the streets Saturday, running, to bring clean water to Haiti. River City Science Academy's 5K run for charity brought in more than $1000.

 That money will go to an organization that's sending clean drinking water to the earthquake-recovering island.

The charity run was created by 35 kids in the school's Community Service Club. Club members had already worked with the City Rescue Mission and other organizations.
