Office365: "Office 365" refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services), such as Lync web conferencing and Exchange Online hosted email for business, and additional online storage with OneDrive
Outlook, Calendar, or People: Outlook Web App for email, calendars, and contacts. You can get to your email whenever you are online, even if you are away from your desk or using your mobile phone or tablet.
OneDrive: Your personal document library—the place to keep your work documents and other files. When you store your files on OneDrive for Business only you can see them, but you can easily share them with coworkers and access them from your mobile device..
TeamSite: Easily find and access sites you’re following, and quickly create new team sites
Lync: Lync provides a consistent, single client experience for presence, instant messaging, voice, video and a great meeting experience.
Newsfeed: Follow people and conversations in your organization, and post your own comments.
Mobile: Use your smart phone to access email, instant messaging, Office documents, and other Office 365 services from your smart phone.
HELP: Go to “Get Started with Office365” ( Help page in Office 365 Portal)
In your browser, go to Office 365 sign-in (portal.microsoftonline.com) and sign in with your Office 365 user ID and password. Then Go to Settings >Office 365 settings > Get started
